Customized items: about ≈ 2 weeks for production, then ≈ 1 month for delivery.

If you prefer a faster shipping method, contact our support team — we’ll try to arrange the most efficient option available. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and many destinations across Europe and Asia where reliable delivery services are available.

Are taxes included in the product prices?

All product prices already include local VAT or sales tax, which we remit directly to the appropriate tax authorities. At checkout, you may also see a separate import customs tax or duty. This import tax is charged by the destination country’s customs agency and is different from VAT — it covers import processing or border clearance fees required for international delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be canceled or modified before they are processed. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it on our website or the carrier’s tracking page to follow your package.
